Importance of Family Picnics

Green is in and it is good. What is even greener than having a family picnic? That is probably one of the reasons why family picnics are coming back again.
These family picnics are very popular for many reasons. One of the reasons is that it is the best time out for the family to get away from their busy schedules and have fun and share meal with the whole family together. Changing from the routine meal at home is a refreshing event for everybody. Also, it is a less expensive option than going out and eating in an expensive restaurant.
Packing for a picnic and heading to the park is great to get the entire family members away from the busy work and other stress and distractions. Picnic can be made with simple sandwiches that are homemade, potato salad, lemonade, carrot sticks, and deli meats. You can bring along Frisbees, balls and other portable games that could be played by all ages.
