Pittsburgh: “Don’t be a jerk, go out after work!” It is a pretty simple philosophy that we at PittsburghAfterWork.com try to live by to avoid burning ourselves out from the pressures of work, school, home. . whatever. The gist of it is that without incorporating a little fun in your life you are going to get tired of whatever it is you are doing. So after watching some friends and family of ours burning themselves out very quickly we decided to do something about it– that being letting people know about the quality of bars, restaurants, and events in and around Pittsburgh.

We hope you guys like the site and get some good info from us. . . we want you all to participate. . .subscribe to the RSS feeds and make sure to leave some comments. The more people the better! Feel free to let us know about any bars or restauarnts around Pittsburgh that we have not reviewed or been to yet. Most of all just make sure you aren’t burning yourself out and remember “don’t be a jerk, go out after work!”

Reviews are fabulous — if you ever get to the DC area — we’ll help you out. Lot’s of Steelers Bars here, too. Thanks for all the “research” (if you can call it that - sounds more like fun).
