The Firehouse Lounge, located in the Strip District of Pittsburgh is one of the nicest bars Pittsburgh After Work has reviewed. There is a great outdoor deck, good music, plenty of room, and awesome mojitos, basically everything we thought we needed to bring our old, old, old, gray friend’s birthday in with a bash. Well people we were wrong, dead freaking wrong.

At Pittsburgh after Work were not complete jerks, close but not complete. Believe it or not we actually do have a romantic side, and when it comes to a romantic dinner in Pittsburgh we have had our share of $250 tabs.

The Double Wide Grill was definitely one of the more difficult reviews that PAW has done over the past few months. This was because after my first visit there I hated the place. The wait staff was slow and shitty and I was thirsty and getting pissed. When we left I vowed that I would never come back and wished complete damnation on all the assholes who worked at that shit hole.

I am willing to admit that since graduating college and working for the past 2 years I have all but overstayed my welcome in the parent’s la casa. So the question is where is a 24 yr old on a “modest” budget suppose to move in Pittsburgh. Before I try to answer that question let me list a couple of housing necessities then we can review prices, locations and other amenities.

Stripping, the exciting occupation of taking off your clothes. While some people view strippers as whore-ish, dumb and broken-down, I like to think of them as business savvy entrepreneurs taking advantage of their best saline filled assets
